Olive Tapenade

A simple, versatile tapenade to be used in a variety of applications. This sauce is raw, so it’s easy for everyday applications. Spread it on warm focaccia, a grilled cheese sandwich or toasted slices of baguette. Try it layered between a stack of fresh mozzarella, tomato and basil as olive lover’s caprese. It’s great as a dip for vegetables and as a topping for grilled fish. We love tossing it into picnic pasta salad for a bold new twist.

Directions

  • In a food processor, pulse all ingredients except the olive oil for a paste consistency. Add olive oil in a slow steady stream while continuing to pulse.
  • Store in the refrigerator for up to 1 week in an air-tight container.
