We take tart and briny olives stuffed with tangy blue cheese and wrap them up in a flaky puff pastry and bake. Easy, unique, ready to get the party started.

  1. Preheat oven to 375˚F.
  2. Roll out pastry and cut evenly into 15 squares. Place an olive in each square and wrap to cover the bottom and sides, filling-side up.
  3. Arrange olives on a nonstick baking sheet. Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until pastry is golden brown. Remove from heat.
  4. Allow puffs to cool for about 2 minutes before serving. Serve sprinkled with fresh parsley.
  5. Serves 4-6, as appetizer
