  1. Cook farro according to package instructions. Place in serving bowl.
  2. Meanwhile, add olives, capers, shallots and lemon juice to a small bowl. Toss to combine. Allow mixture to marinate for 5 minutes.
  3. In a saucepan over medium heat, warm the oil. Cook the olive mixture until ingredients are warmed through, about 5 minutes.
  4. Pour the olive mixture over farro. Toss to combine.
  5. Sprinkle with herbs. Toss and serve.
