Ingredients

1/2 cup DeLallo White Wine Vinegar
2 1/2 teaspoons minced garlic
1 1/2 teaspoons chopped fresh oregano
1 cup DeLallo Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1 teaspoon salt
Freshly ground black pepper

Directions

Combine vinegar, garlic and oregano in a small mixing bowl.
Slowly whisk in olive oil to fully incorporate.
Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Refrigerate to store.
