  • Prepare the gnocchi according to package instructions.
  • Meanwhile, brown the sausage in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Break into smaller pieces with a wooden spoon. Remove the sausage and set aside. Add the garlic, onion and mushrooms. Sauté until soft, about 6-7 minutes.
  • Add in the chopped sausage and sauté for 2-3 minutes. Add the gnocchi, salt and pepper and toss.
  • Transfer to a large serving bowl and sprinkle with Parmesan.
