Ingredients

  • 8 ounces goat cheese, softened to room temperature
  • 4 ounces cream cheese, softened to room temperature
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 3/4 cup plain full-fat Greek yogurt
  • 2 grated garlic cloves
  • 1 cup DeLallo Italian Tomato Bruschetta
  • 1 to 2 tablespoons DeLallo Modenacrem Balsamic Glaze
  • 2 to 3 tablespoons chopped fresh basil leaves

Directions

  • Preheat oven to 400°F.
  • In a large bowl, combine the goat cheese, cream cheese, mozzarella, Greek yogurt, and garlic; mix well.
  • Transfer to a 1-quart baking dish or ovenproof skillet, and spread into an even layer. Bake until warmed through and bubbling, about 20 to 25 minutes.
  • Spoon bruschetta overtop, and finish with a drizzle of balsamic glaze. Garnish with fresh chopped basil leaves.
