Greek Chicken & Pepper Hummus Pita Wrap

Take everything you love about the lemony, tart and zesty flavors of classic Greek cuisine and put it on a pita! We smoothed on a layer of our favorite hummus then layered up our smoky Calamata Olives, briny feta and Roasted Red Peppers. Top it off with fresh herbs and veggies for a healthy, yet filling, lunchtime wrap.

  • For ease of rolling, warm flatbread between two slightly damp paper towels in the microwave for about 20 seconds.
  • Lay tortilla out flat and begin layering ingredients. First spread hummus, careful to keep ingredients within the center third of the flatbread. Next, drizzle Bruschetta. Layer romaine, chicken, cucumber and onion. Sprinkle with olives and feta, then top with a spoonful of Roasted Pepper Bruschetta.
  • Fold up bottom edge of flatbread and roll into a cone shape. To enjoy later, fold in both ends of flatbread or pita and wrap tightly with plastic or freezer paper.
