  • Combine za’atar and oil in a small bowl.
  • Using a grill or grill pan, heat each naan until it begins to crisp and brown, about 3-5 minutes on each side. Remove from heat.
  • Brush za’atar oil on one side of each naan bread.
  • Top with peppers, cucumbers, olives, feta and basil.
  • Drizzle with olive oil. Slice and serve.
