Greek Pitza

This no-cook pizza recipe is the perfect lunch for summertime. We load it up with your favorite Greek goodies: Calamata olives, roasted red peppers and tangy feta.

INGREDIENTS

DIRECTIONS

  1. Combine za’atar and oil in a small bowl.
  2. Using a grill or grill pan, heat each naan until it begins to crisp and brown, about 3-5 minutes on each side. Remove from heat.
  3. Brush za’atar oil on one side of each naan bread.
  4. Top with peppers, cucumbers, olives, feta and basil.
  5. Drizzle with olive oil. Slice and serve.
