Ingredients

8-ounces Ricotta
8-ounces goat cheese
DeLallo Garlic and Hot Pepper Antipasto
DeLallo Grilled Artichoke Hearts
DeLallo Pitted Olives Jubilee
DeLallo Pitted Castelvetrano Olives
DeLallo Roasted Red Peppers
Crushed Red Pepper Flakes
DeLallo Extra Virgin Avocado Oil
*Amount of ingredients can vary depending on amount of servings

Directions

In a medium mixing bowl, whisk together the ricotta and goat cheese until smooth.
Spread cheese mixture on a serving dish.
Top the cheese spread with olives and antipasti.
Drizzle avocado oil on top and serve with crusty bread, crostini and veggies.

Can the Gluten-Free Sweet Pea Bacon Gnocchi Mac & Cheese be made in advance and reheated? If so How?

Hi Carol! Great question! We would not recommend making this in advance and then reheat to serve. It is fine to reheat as a leftover, but if serving for dinner or entertaining, it is best to make and serve right away! Although, if you're looking to save a little time, you could make the bacon in advance and store it in a sealed container until you're ready to prepare the rest of the recipe.

In the Gnocchi all’Amatriciana recipe, there is no sausage in the ingredients list or in the instructions until the very end when it is mentioned in #5 "Add the cooked gnocchi to the skillet with the Amatriciana sauce. Stir to combine, adding some of the reserved pasta water to the skillet as needed to help the sauce coat the gnocchi & sausage." Bought the ingredients from list, but this will definitely be a different dish without that key ingredient. Too late for this time, but what are the cooking steps and what type of sausage?
