Rosemary Crusted Pork Loin with Balsamic Drizzle

  • Preheat oven to 475˚F.
  • Place pork loin in large baking dish. Drizzle evenly with olive oil. Rub pork loin with salt and pepper to coat. Sprinkle with fresh rosemary.
  • Bake for 30 minutes, then reduce the heat to 425˚F. Continue to bake for 60-75 minutes, or until juices run clear (155˚F internal temperature).
  • Transfer to a carving board. Allow to rest for about 10 minutes before slicing. Serve drizzled with balsamic vinegar.
