Shrimp Pasta with Spicy Vodka Sauce

This shrimp pasta with vodka sauce from @healthyishfoods tastes like it came straight from a restaurant! It is easy to make and perfect for any night of the week.

  • Boil a pot of water and cook the shellbow pasta according to the package. Al dente is best. Drain off the water using a colander and set the pasta aside.
  • Next, heat olive oil in a sauté pan over medium high heat. Add the peeled and deveined shrimp. Season with salt and pepper. Sauté for 1-2 minutes per side. Remove the shrimp from the heat. Set aside.
  • Next, add the spicy vodka sauce to a large sauce pot. Heat until it’s warmed through.
  • Once the sauce is warmed, add the cooked pasta and shrimp. Toss until everything is well coated. Season with a touch of salt and cracked black pepper.
  • Top with grated parmesan cheese, chopped Italian parsley and serve hot.
