Directions

  • Bring 5 quarts of salted water to a boil. Cook the pasta according to package instructions. Drain.
  • Meanwhile, combine vodka sauce, pesto and peppers in a saucepan over medium heat. Simmer until warmed through, about 5 to 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine hot pasta with sauce. Toss well to coat.
  • Serve topped with freshly grated cheese.
