Ingredients

  • 1 (17.6-ounce) package DeLallo Pizza Dough Kit
  • 2 large balls of fresh mozzarella cheese, torn
  • 1 cob of corn, kernels removed
  • 1 zucchini, thinly sliced
  • 1 lemon, super thinly sliced
  • Fresh basil
  • Kosher salt and freshly cracked black pepper
  • For the Garlic and Parmesan Infused Olive Oil:
  • 3 tablespoons DeLallo Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, finely chopped
  • Pinch of red pepper flakes, plus extra for topping pizza
  • 4 tablespoons shredded Parmesan cheese

Directions

  • Preheat your oven to 500 F˚. Place a pizza stone in the oven about 30 minutes before cooking the pizza.
  • Make the DeLallo Pizza Dough according to the package directions. Divide the pizza dough into 2 even pieces. Stretch each piece of dough in a circular motion. Lay out each piece on a clean, flat surface dusted lightly with flour to prevent sticking. Using a rolling pin, flatten out each round. If you have a pizza peel, sprinkle some flour on it and place the stretched-out dough on the peel.
  • Once the 2 pizza doughs are flat and ready to be cooked, use a spoon to spread the infused olive oil all around the dough, leaving a little bit around the edges dry for the crust.
  • Top each pizza with equal amounts of the torn mozzarella cheese, corn kernels, thinly sliced zucchini and lemon. Bake the pizzas for 12-13 minutes, until the crust is perfectly golden brown.
  • Remove pizza from the oven. Top with fresh basil. Season with salt, pepper and red pepper flakes to taste. Slice and serve.
  • To create the Garlic and Parmesan Infused Olive Oil, combine all of the ingredients in a small mixing bowl. Whisk well to combine.
