  • In a saucepan over medium heat, melt butter. Whisk continually until butter begins to turn golden brown, about 3 minutes. Stir in garlic, balsamic and lemon juice. Salt and pepper to taste. Remove from heat, cover and set aside.
  • Season salmon with salt and pepper. Dredge fillets with balsamic glaze, about 1 tablespoon of each. In a large oven-proof skillet, heat olive oil on a medium-high setting. Sear each fillet until both sides are golden brown, about 2 minutes per side.
  • Transfer to oven and bake until cooked through, about 8 minutes.
  • Serve immediately drizzled with Balsamic Brown Butter.
