Ingredients

  • 1 pound medley of your favorite olives and antipasti (we used DeLallo Seasoned Olive Medley, DeLallo Pepperazzi™ Peppers and DeLallo Lupini Beans)
  • 2 cloves garlic, thinly sliced
  • 1 sprig fresh thyme
  • 1 sprig fresh oregano
  • Hot pepper flakes (optional)
  • 1 teaspoon orange zest
  • 1/4 cup DeLallo Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Directions

  • Preheat oven at 400˚F.
  • On a large baking sheet, toss olives and antipasti with garlic, thyme, oregano, hot pepper flakes and olive oil.
  • Bake for about 12 minutes, until warmed. Remove from heat.
  • In a serving bowl or dish, toss warmed olives with a teaspoon each of fresh chopped rosemary, parsley and orange zest.
  • Allow to marinate about 10 minutes before serving.
