Citrus Baked Olives with Fresh Garlic and Herbs

DIRECTIONS

  1. Preheat oven at 400˚F.
  2. On a large baking sheet, toss olives and antipasti with garlic, thyme, oregano, hot pepper flakes and olive oil.
  3. Bake for about 12 minutes, until warmed. Remove from heat.
  4. In a serving bowl or dish, toss warmed olives with a teaspoon each of fresh chopped rosemary, parsley and orange zest.
  5. Allow to marinate about 10 minutes before serving.
