In the Gnocchi all’Amatriciana recipe, there is no sausage in the ingredients list or in the instructions until the very end when it is mentioned in #5 "Add the cooked gnocchi to the skillet with the Amatriciana sauce. Stir to combine, adding some of the reserved pasta water to the skillet as needed to help the sauce coat the gnocchi & sausage." Bought the ingredients from list, but this will definitely be a different dish without that key ingredient. Too late for this time, but what are the cooking steps and what type of sausage?
