Christmas Tree Antipasto Plate

Celebrate the season with everybody’s favorite gourmet goodies! Create a stunning and festive holiday app using gourmet cheeses, cured meats and a selection of marinated Mediterranean bites from the olive bar. This unique treat is just as fun to eat as it is to prepare!

INGREDIENTS

  • 4 oz. DeLallo Mini Pepperoni, sliced
  • 1 (4.3-oz. jar) DeLallo Sweet & Tangy Pepper Drops, drained
  • 1 (10.6-oz.) jar DeLallo Pitted Castelvetrano Olives, drained
  • 4 oz. DeLallo Black Pepper Dry Cured Sausage, sliced
  • ½ lb. Provolone, cubed
  • 1 (10.2-oz.) jar DeLallo Pepperazzi™, drained
  • ½ lb. pepper-jack cheese, cubed
  • ½ lb. DeLallo Pitted Calamata Olives
  • 6 oz. DeLallo Sweet Sopressata, sliced
  • 1 (3.5-oz.) pkg. DeLallo Crostini Toasts
  • 2 oz. Provolone, cut into a 1"""" thick star
  • 4 sprigs fresh rosemary
  • Equipment:
  • 1 star-shaped cookie cutter

DIRECTIONS

  1. Choose surface or serving platter.
  2. Layer tree beginning at the top with the pepperoni and continuing on to the Sopressata.
  3. Create the base or “trunk” of the tree (below Sopressata) with halved crostini toasts, as pictured.
  4. Stamp provolone with the cookie cutter to create a star. Place provolone star above the pepperoni (at the top of the tree).
  5. Cut rosemary into small sprigs and garnish tree.
  6. Serve with your favorite toasts, spreads, dried fruits and nuts.
