  • Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Cook pasta according to package instructions. Drain.
  • Meanwhile in a large saucepan, heat oil on medium setting. Add garlic and cook until fragrant.
  • Add pepperoni until edges start to crisp, about 8 minutes. Add the sun-dried tomatoes and oil from the tomatoes to the pan and cook until warmed through, about 5 minutes.
  • Add the olives, artichokes and banana rings then add the cooked spaghetti and stir to combine. Cook for another 5 minutes.
  • Season with salt, pepper and pepper flakes. Divide onto plates or serve family style.
